Hi everyone! My husband and I are looking for a clean, tidy and comfortable room, preferably with an ensuite/private bathroom and toilet.

We are a married couple, clean, tidy, responsible and respectful. My husband works full-time in Banyo, while I travel between Melbourne and Brisbane quite often, so sometimes only my husband will be staying at the property.
🐱 We also have one indoor cat, so we are looking for a cat-friendly home. Our cat stays indoors.
📍 Location: Banyo or surrounding areas, preferably within 10–20 minutes
💰 Budget: $300–$350/week, all bills included
📅 Move-in: 19–20 September
⏳ Stay: Minimum 3 months, with the intention to stay longer if we are comfortable and suitable for each other.
We are looking for a home that is clean, tidy and well maintained, as we also like to keep our living space clean and organised.
