Hi š I'm 30, work full time (from the office) and have been share housing for a decade. Looking to move out of my place by mid-May.
My contributions to the house would be a growing collection of indoor plants (my crown jewel's a huge variegated monstera) and communal furniture if needed. I've got a dining table, a washing machine, microwave and rug. Happy to bring these and/or buy anything else the house is in need of. Oh and my recent hyperfixation was ambient lighting so have a heeeeap of philips hue lights and lamps :)

- within a 12 min walk to a train or tram stop, within 10km of the CBD
- max 2 other housemates
- a backyard / balcony / outdoor area of some kind
- ideal housemate scenario is one where we're friends but not each others primary emotional support. A good mix of sharing a meal and bakery run but still autonomous vibes.
