Hi there, my name is Patrick but most people call me Pat. I am 32 years old, from London UK and am looking for a room to rent around the Sunny Coast.
I am currently based in Toowoomba but looking to move nearer to the Sunny Coast. I am back in Aus on the Working Holiday Visa and currently working regionally as part of the 6 month requirement for the visa extension. I have been working in construction and agriculture sectors. In Sunny Coast I plan to work as much as possible so will not be home much.
Back home in London I was a young professional, working in Corporate Real Estate and also digital marketing. I completed my Masters in International Development in 2025 which I am hoping to pursue further upon completing my regional work requirements.
A little bit more about me outside of travelling and studying. I play the concertina, having previously been in a traditional Irish Céilí band. I enjoy hiking, camping, scuba diving (advanced), photography (very amateur but keen to build on this!). I am vegetarian, love black coffee, being in nature and reading. I am a people person and thoroughly enjoy meeting new, like-minded folk to expand my perspective of the world. I also enjoy my own space, am very respectful of others space and enjoy living in a clean environment. Looking for flatmates that are good communicators and are also respectful of cleanliness.
