About occupants
Hi, I'm an easy going 37 year old male full-time science and technology research professional, and my girlfriend (who is regularly at the place) is a 35 year old nurse/mental healthcare support worker. Outside of work, I regularly go to some latin dance classes, play squash, cycle, and go to the gym. I also travel a lot, with my most recent trip being to the Phillipines, Japan and South Korea.

I don't smoke, or drink more than the occassional glass of red wine, and am also neat and tidy. I appreciate my own time (and can leave others to enjoy theirs), whilst regularly going outside the home for many different events :)
Compatible people
Having done postgraduate research/PhD myself, I think I get along best with postgraduate students, mature students (25+) or working professionals of a similar age. Non-smoking single people are preferred, but others still considered.
Description of pets
There is a single 13 year old female cat that is shy at first, but shamelessly seeks cuddles once she gets to know a person. Also lacks any aggressive instincts (unless you happen to be a bug that's caught her interest).
