House share in Alberton. One unfurnished bedroom and lounge room will be yours. Lounge room never gets used so is free to put tv/couch/other furniture in. Plus full use of kitchen, laundry, bathroom etc. (3 bedroom house but spare room is small and used for storage) Big backyard with undercover area and shed. Parking on quiet back street.Nice, safe area. Very close to train station/shopping centre/service station.
Electricity/gas/water bills will be split. NBN wifi too.
Posting on behalf of my father. He is retired and needs a new house mate. He is very friendly and young at heart. He enjoys cooking and watching movies so he spends most of his time in his room. He’s used to living with housemates for many years so very respectful of privacy but also up for a chat around the house. Any interest in this ad will be forwarded to him.
No cats, one dog allowed if friendly with other dogs as my father dog sits for a friend occasionally.
No gender or age preference. Smoking allowed outside.
