Lovely modern, single story home in Blair Athol, we are the second people to ever inhabit the property. Open plan living with large kitchen and lounge room. Curated backyard and patio area perfect for outdoor entertaining. Air conditioning all throughout home. House is already 95% furnished but you're welcome to bring some more of your own to help us finish off.
1 dog and 2 cats in house, they are very friendly and are waiting to meet you! (But unfortunately we can't take in any more pets)

Bills and expenses

Description of pets
We have two cats, both are lovely and enjoy the company of people. Ones a bit timid but she'll warm up to you, and the other will love you straight away.
We also have a small dog, she's an irish terrier about 12 years old. Shes loves to play and go for walkies, so if you're into fitness and you take her along you'll be her best friend!
All the animals are super friendly and completely non-violent.
