Description of the home

I live on my own in a large 2 story house with a small friendly, happy, non shedding, dog, Bobby.
The upstairs section of the home which includes 1 bedroom and living space and bathroom are available to rent for the right person. There is also another bedroom which is also available at the couple rate.
I work from home but do travel for work regularly for short periods. I would like the person to be happy to look after Bobby when I am away .

I have a partner who lives in Melbourne - he visits for a few days roughy every 3 weeks- month .
I have a 25 year old daughter who recently relocated to London . It is her area of the house that is now unused.
