Also located near the bottom of the freeway that takes you up to the gorgeous Adelaide Hills.
The house is an old brick home with loads of character. There is a backyard full of trees and greenery that is peaceful and beautiful (when i can keep up with the up keep).
Kitchen has plenty of bench space and comes equipped with Airfryer, microwave, gas cook top, full sized oven, dishwasher and other basic necessities. Including a pure tap.
Lounge room is cosy with large comfy lounge to lay down on or curl up on.
Laundry comes with washing machine and dryer.
Two bathrooms so you will have your own bathroom.

I work full time and some days from home.
I enjoy socialising when I can but also just spending my time in my room doing my own thing or having movie nights with my son.
My son started high school last year. He plays the playstation in his room most of the time unless he is hungry and in the kitchen raiding the cupboards. Haha
He tends to hang out in his room a lot but does have some of his mates come over to hang with him after school.
We do have pets. A dog, a cat, an indoor enclosed rabbit and a budgie. Not sure what I was thinking when I said yes to all of these.
We dont get a lot of visitors so the house remains relatively quite most of the time unless I am cleaning mode on the weekend and then I do like to crank some feel good tunes.
I also ride a motorbike so there is the noise of that on occasion.
Prefer a professional person who is working full-time.
Would be nice to have someone who doesnt mind socialising and maybe having a few quiet drinks but that also can respect our privacy.
Also happy for someone who can appreciate a good horror movie as my son and I sometimes have horror movie nights.
Also have a rag doll cat that my son loves. Unfortunately it had a lot of hair but easy to pull off things.
We have an indoor rabbit that is enclosed and you can hear at night sometimes playing with his toys.
And a budgie that chirps away in the mornings.
Despite all the animals the house does not have any nasty odours (i have confirmed with friends and family).
