Bedroom is large at 3.6x3.6 and one whole wall is full wardrobe.
Location is top notch. So close to the city and a beautiful suburb. Very close to some beautiful hikes looking over the city. I don’t think I need to work hard to sell the area/suburb.
I have a home office which can be re arranged to have a second home office set up. I work from home 2 days a week.
I would be happy to have someone who works from home one or two days knowing that would give my dog some company.
Parking off street is hit and miss as we will block each other in. I would have priority to park undercover but we could absolutely make it work depending on our movements.

About occupants
I work full time and coach 2 nights a week. I work from home 2 days a week. I spend most of my time with my dog, at home or in nature. I am interested in sport & nature. I try to catch up with friends but I don’t plan too many activities on week nights. I believe I am fairly easy to get along with, open minded and respectful of others. I like to try keep clean and tidy. It would be nice to have someone move in that likes playing board games/ card games.

I would like a polite and respectful person to apply. You must be okay with having a dog in the house. Someone who stays hygienically clean, personally and around the house mainly kitchen and bathroom. I am understanding of leaving things around here and there but not for days. Also someone who knows how to separate waste, food scraps and recycling. Our suburb is trialing waste removal fortnightly and green waste weekly.
Description of pets
Wilsen is a 1.5yo beautiful English staffy boy. He stays in my room and is allowed on the lounge. He is generally pretty content and loves having someone around. You will have no responsibility of him other than making sure the gate is locked when coming and going.
