my partner both work full time and I are looking for a housemate, preferably between the ages of 22- 35.
The unfurnished bedroom big enough to fit a queen bed and has a built in wardrobe. (spare bed available if needed.) housemate will have a private bathroom with a separate toilet lots of storage space.
We are located a five/ten minute walk to the train station.
We have two sweet cats (and a new kitten) so animal lovers are a must!
Rent is split three ways and is $206 a week(+quarterly water/gas/electricity bills)
We want everyone to feel at home, so don't hesitate to watch tv and cook in the kitchen - as long as you're respectful and (try to) make an effort to keep the shared space clean!
