Seeking Long-Term Housemate for home in Hallett Cove
I’m looking for a housemate to share a peaceful home in beautiful Hallett Cove, close to the beach, train, shops, and scenic walking trails.

The Home:
Comfortable, medium-sized fully furnished house with:
Ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling
Gas cooking and hot water
Patio with ocean views
Large concrete pool (shared use; Oct–March)

The Rooms:
You’ll have two spaces:
A medium-sized unfurnished bedroom (fits a queen bed + desk/TV)
A second smaller room with built-in robe, ideal as a wardrobe, home office, or hobby space.

Rent & Inclusions:
$275 per week (for both rooms)
$75 per week (utilities: electricity, gas, water, internet)
Bond: 2 weeks rent

Includes:
Unlimited FTTP internet (100 Mbps, hardwired to room)
Shared household essentials included in cost (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.)
Access to streaming services
Shared pool maintenance costs and supplies

The Right Fit:
Employed, tidy and respectful, who values easy-going shared home. Single occupants preferred.
