Large concrete pool (Oct–Feb/March; costs shared)

The Room:
Medium-sized unfurnished bedroom (fits king single or double)
Option for second smaller room with built in robe also avail for use for negociated rate.

Household:
Quiet senior cat; parrot being rehomed
No parties or frequent guests – best suited to quiet types or gamers

Rent & Inclusions:
All-inclusive weekly rent
2 weeks’ bond
Unlimited FTTP internet (100 Mbps)
Shared household essentials & pool chem's included

Employed, clean, respectful, and happy to contribute to shared chores. References and proof of income required.
