Description of the home
The house is located on a private street, so it’s very quiet. We currently don’t have any pets, but we’re open to smaller, room-kept pets such as turtles or rabbits. Public transport is only a 5-minute walk away. We’re also happy to help with furnishing if needed.
There is one shared bathroom between three people and a shared kitchen between all of us. Parking is available on street.
Bills are paid separately and split four ways. The house has high-speed FTTP internet, Netflix, and most other streaming services available. We have solar panels and a battery system, which keeps electricity costs very low. Air conditioning is available and can be controlled individually for each room.
