Description of the home

A peaceful home, the house is located on Grange Road near parks, a large shopping centre, and heaps of bus stops.

It is within a 5 minute walk to grocery stores like Coles and Aldi, plus cafes, restaurants and a 5 star fish/chicken and chip shop right across the road.

There are two unfurnished rooms available to rent, both of which are almost identical with Built In Wardrobes, and have access to multiple living spaces including a joint living/dining room and seperate study area.

The house is in the process of being furnished - I am still in the process of moving myself (mid March to early April), but will have all the basics and a couple extra pieces that I'm more than happy to share - and if you've got any bits of furniture that I don't have, I'd love to discuss with you!

There is a modern kitchen and bathroom, which will include a coffee machine, air-fryer, and microwave.

There is a spacey garden out back with plenty space for outdoor entertaining and I will hopefully get a veggie/fruit garden going soon (fingers crossed).

The home has ducted, evaporative air conditioning and there is car parking available on-site (costing an extra fee per week as there is only one space in the garage), but there is a space for one more vehicle out the front, and heaps of street parking available for residents.

Bills and expenses

Rent will be between 300 and 350 per week (depending on which bedroom and if you will be using the on site garage)
Rent will not include bills, including internet, water, electricity etc.
