My small dog and I are looking for 2-3 housemates to share this near-new house with.
About the property:
- Located in Peterhead (1.5km away from Semaphore beach)
- 3 bedrooms available from 7/3/20 (medium sized with built-in wardrobes. Currently unfurnished but furniture may be negotiable).
- Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning / heating to all the rooms.
- 2 bathrooms in total, including a large shared bathroom with separate toilet.
- A dishwasher.
- 2 separate living areas (which I will furnish).
- Smoking is allowed outside.
- No further pets allowed, sorry 😞
- I'd like to keep the house meat-free please. Bonus points if you're vegan or vegetarian 🙂
