Hi everyone, I've got 2 rooms available in this 2 storey, furnished property availalbe for renting. It has a bit of everything that you can ever need in a house. Quiet, comfortable, furnished, not too many people around the area and beautiful suburb as well.

It is also 15-20 min walk to CBD. There's also a bicycle track which goes straight to the city. On street parking is also available and parking in the house can also be negotiated with extra charges.

All reasonable bills included in the rent. Master bedroom is more than big enough for a couple and second room is also of decent size for one or 2 person.

Kitchen is located downstairs with open area for dining and outdoor area for BBQ or evening chit chat.

Bathroom is big enough and has a jacuzzi as well. I'll add the pictures of bathroom next week as I forgot to take them.

Both of the rooms are located upstairs and have plenty of light and air. Right outside the rooms is a small study area which can also be used for people working from home.

Ideally looking for people who will bring minimum move in stuff as the property is already furnished.

500$ per week for master room and 400$ for double room.
Rent for couples is extra 50$ per week.

All bills included, aircon or heater will be extra, usage of fan is included in the bills.

Cleaner will cleanup every fortnight and that is also included in the bills.
