Great outdoor space with a front verandah and rear sunroom, plus plenty of off-street parking. Only a short walk to the main street shops, cafes, and local bus routes.

Bills and expenses
Rent includes all standard utilities: electricity, gas, water, and fast NBN (internet). I prefer this approach so there is no stress about chasing payments or splitting monthly bills.
Fair Use Policy: To keep things reasonable for everyone, I just ask for a ‘fair use’ approach to power and water, such as turning off lights/AC when not in the room. Any shared household basics like cleaning products or toilet paper are generally split 50/50 as needed.
Occupants Description
The true head of the household is Maverick, 11-month-old Bullmastiff. While he is technically still a puppy, his a big loveable boy, so being 'dog-friendly' is a non-negotiable!
