My partner and I are looking for someone trustworthy who loves animals ( we have a little rabbit at home ), someone who can keep their room clean as well as not making a mess in the common areas.
NO SMOKER please, and NO parties allowed.
multiple languages are used in our house, English, French and Mandarin.
2 weeks deposit needed.
The rent is to be paid fortnightly.
