Female Only House

-Fully furnish house (including rooms) with brand new carpet in Mawson Lakes. The room has its own double bed. However, if you have your own furniture for the room, I am flexible, and you are more than welcome to bring your own room furniture.

-Kitchen has overhead storage and some electric appliances including dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine.

-There is a bus stop down the street, with bus routes straight to the city, walking trails, parks, lakes, UniSA, Technology Park, cafes, restaurants, GPs and shopping nearby.

-Gas, Electricity and water bills are split between all tenants. Unlimited Internet is also available and is included in the rent.
