The home is in a quiet area, with the park at the end of the road. Saints and Elizabeth shopping centres are close by, and for anything urgent, there is a servo at the end of the road.

There is a space for a car in a carport that has a roof but otherwise open.

There is reverse cycle aircon in all rooms as well as ceiling fans in many.

I have no intention of renting out the third bedroom and use this as a guest room only.

The bathroom sink has some staining from hair dye used by a prior housemate. The bathroom is yours and has a shower and bath plus sink. Their is a heated lamp in there.

The toilet is separate and will be used by you and any house guests. There is a laundry and covered clothes line outside.

Have two young cats. They have access to the garden and front of house but not bedrooms. One is friendly, the other more shy. The friendly male is quite adventurous so need to be aware when opening the front door. The other female is shy and timid. Neither bite or scratch. No litter indoors and they eat dry food only.
