Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to share a lease. The apartment has 2 furnished bedrooms and 1 bathroom; it would just be the two of us. Good conection to public transport and supermarkets, gym, chemist, etc. Street parking, quiet neighborhood close to the city.
I work full-time and the rest of the time I study at home to validate my degree (I'm a nurse). No smokers and no pets (sorry). It's a quiet house, no parties, but I'm happy to have shared dinners and conversation over a glass of wine. I'm a native Spanish speaker. The lease would be signed starting March 9 (it could be a little earlier) and is for one year, but obviously everything is negotiable. You can come and see it anytime!
