Rent includes internet, electricity, gas water and Netflix is available. Bus stop is immediately at the front of the house with transport to Noarlunga Centre, train station, Flinders University and the city and walking distance to a gym, cafes and supermarkets.
It has a small, modern kitchen and large living area to share or use the front room as a lounge or study. The bedroom can either be empty or include a bed and bedside tables.
