This listing is for someone to replace me and take over my lease.
It’s a big house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of common areas to chill around. Super close to a shopping centre, less than 500m. It has Drakes, Aldis, cheap as chips and many more stores.
The house mates are super respectful and friendly, everyone is quiet and maintains a good respectful relationship.
This is a 3 person household with 2 shared bathrooms. The shared bathrooms are only shared between 2 people as the master room has an ensuite.
House comes with a double garage and a parking space in the garage for you and enough space to fit another car in front of the garage if you so wish.
Outdoor area as well, washing machine and fridge all available for use. There is a 2 week rotation schedule for cleaning of common areas and bin duties rotate in a monthly basis.
The house is close to plenty of bus stops so convenience is there, lots of parks nearby too. So plenty of entertainment around.
