Hi there, I am looking for a new roommate!
I own a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. The house faces a golf course, so there is only next door neighbours.
The house is a 5 minute walk to public transport to the city, plus it is a 5 minute drive to Glenelg beach, 10 minute drive to Westfield Marion and 20 minute drive to the city.
Although it is an older house, the bathroom is new and the kitchen has been renovated. The bedroom is furnished with a bed and wardrobe plus also has air conditioning. The lounge room TV has access to Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Prime and Kayo.
I am looking for 1 housemate as the 3rd bedroom is used as another lounge room. I am in the (slow) process of building an ensuite, so in future the bathroom will mainly be just for my roommate.
