Inside you'll find a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area with a gas cooktop and breakfast bar, a separate living room with a couch, TV, split-system air con, and gas heater—so you're sorted year-round. Ducted cooling runs throughout the house too.

The laundry is all yours to use, with a modern front-loader washing machine. Out the back there's a big lawn area, clothesline, and a large lock-up garage—great for extra storage or keeping a bike safe. There's a dog park nearby and a huge park right out the back of the property!

Getting around is a breeze—Mawson Lakes Interchange is nearby, and O-Bahn buses into the city run close by too.
