SPACIOUS fully furnished ROOM is available for rent in a 4 bedroom house.
The house is situated in north-eastern quiet suburb of PARADISE and is conveniently located in a 5 minutes’ walk to Paradise Interchange (O-Bahn) for easy travel to the city (10-15mins) and 2 minutes to the famous Linear Park. Variety of shopping centers (Gilles Plains, Newton or Campbelltown), gym, cafes and restaurants within short drive distance.

RENT:
All bills (electricity, water, gas and WIFI internet) are included in a rent price and that is an excellent value for your money (subject to some conditions).

Extra Large Room - $200 per week (paid weekly).
Bond amount is 4 weeks rent = $800

CONDITIONS:
- You MUST be a full-time student (international students are welcome) or full-time working adult.
- Adult House Rules Apply (MUST be considerate of others, neat and tidy).
- Smoke & animal free house.

SECURITY:
Quite street, friendly neighbours, on-site under cover parking, secure rear yard, all bedrooms have safety locks, personal keys and fitted with outside roller shutters, smoke alarms.

OTHER INFORMATION:
- Minimum stay is 6 months with compliance to residential agreement.

- If you love gardening, there are plenty of opportunity to create your own veggie patch and share your hobby with others.
