Description of the home

Hi there, we're looking for a friendly and clean housemate for a newly purchased house.

The bedroom includes floor to ceiling built in wardrobes that run all the way across the wall, so there is plenty of storage space.

The bedroom has a ceiling fan, as well as room-specific cooling and heating.

You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate

Because the house is new it is lightly furnished, but we hope to change that as soon as we can and give the house a bit of character

There is a large backyard

House is within walking distance of the O-Bahn Paradise Interchange, which is perfect for travel into the city (only 15 minutes to Rundle Mall), as well universities.

Water and internet is included in rent, but not electricity or gas.

There are plenty of solar panels on the roof to help out with electricity costs.

We do own an adorable black and white

tuxedo cat, so it's important that you're at least tolerable of cats.

Internet and water is included in rent. Electricity and gas will de divided between the three housemates.
