This is a great bedroom brick home in a nice street. The house has ducted aircon and a new heating system in the lounge room . The neighbours are friendly. The front of the house has a great security system. Very close to Woolworths, doctor, and chemist. It is a two minute walk to the bus. Parking available on the street or off-street if needed. Access to the rest of the house which has everything people need. The back yard has a large outdoor area that is undercover. Has a relaxing feel to it and is perfect for having a BBQ with friends etc, Lovely home feel with complete access to all facilities, and appliances. There is no preference about age and gender of the new housemate.
