The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms and a study. It is a large 3 story house with storage space downstairs, main living area on the second floor and renting out a room on the third floor, sharing the bathroom upstairs with one other girl.

There are two basins and lots of bathroom cupboard space which is seperate from the toilet and shower, making it very easy to get ready in the morning and night time. In the bedroom there is a window with a view of the backyard and city and also a large built in wardrobe.

We have a massive backyard with a fish pond, lots of fruit trees, an outdoor dining table and BBQ.

We have a table tennis table in the lounge room and an amazing view of the ocean and the city particularly from the lounge balcony and upstairs balcony right beside the bedroom.

It is a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with bus stops nearby.

5 minutes from Flinders University
10 minutes from Marion shopping centre.
20 minutes from city and Glenelg beach.

Pasadena Foodland shopping centre within walking distance and lots of cafes and gyms nearby.
