About occupants
Hi, I’m Seth — a 30-year-old engineer working out at the shipyard. I spend most of my free time outdoors, usually riding bikes, climbing, camping, or pottering around in the garden. During the week I tend to be fairly busy, but I do enjoy a good chat, sharing a glass of wine, or the occasional movie night at home.

I like to keep the house clean, organised, and relaxed. I’ve been living in share houses since uni, so I’m very used to being considerate, easy-going, and respectful of other people’s space.

You’d also be living with my girlfriend Claire (28), another engineer at the shipyard. She’s often out bouldering or playing hockey after work, and spends her weekends hiking or camping. At home she’s usually doing something creative or unwinding with a show.
Compatible people
We’re looking for a like-minded housemate — ideally someone in their late 20s to 30s who enjoys a quiet, tidy home and has their own routine, but is also happy to share the occasional chat or drink.

Our previous housemate has just moved in with her partner (we’re still recovering 😄), so the room is now available.

If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to message and we can organise a time to chat or for you to come by and see the place.
