Description of the home
This house was built in 2016 and is modern. It is fully furnished and has everything in the main area that you would need.
The bedroom is large enough to fit a queen sized bed and has a very large 4 door built in wardrobe with both hanging space and shelving. Bedroom furnishings are negotiable.
You would have your own bathroom except when there are guests over.
As my family and many of my friends live in Sydney I sometimes have people staying with me. You would need to be OK with this.
Property has a BBQ, ducted heating/cooling, gas cooktop, dishwasher. It has a large double garage that you can store stuff in and there is off street parking in the driveway.
Internet is unlimited WiFi. NBN will be coming to the area soon.

I enjoy being outdoors and going down to the beach. I’d like someone who I can have a chat to and be social with while understanding that we will both need our own space and privacy.
They are both very sweet and loving.
Finding the right person who can understand the needs of my dogs is a priority. Rent will be negotiable if you are willing to help with the dogs every now and again.
