Share house with privacy in the heart of St Marys. $230 p/w including utilities and unlimited WIFI!
Minimum of 3 month stay - we prefer longer. Unable to accommodate couples, smokers or pets.
Just bring your food, clothes, phone, computer and chargers.
This is a renovated, safe, secure home with a huge back yard.
Where will you be?
Close to T2D project, Flinders Uni (Tonsley), Flinders Uni (Bedford Park), Flinders Medical Centre, and IELI (Flinders).
Easy walk to - shops (Pasadena Green, including Foodland, chemist, multiple take-away), local restaurants and pubs, and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop (South Road, Winston Ave or Fiveash Dve/Goodwood Rd). 20 minute bus ride to the city.
What do you get?
Air conditioned - Fully furnished - Private room with QS bed and wall-to-wall robes. Each room is secure with its own personal keypad access, and is fully furnished with desk, chair, mini-fridge, TV with DVD player, and full, brand new linen provided.
The house?
The kitchen is fully equipped. Parking available on and off street.
Perfect if you enjoy the share-house experience and want the bonus of personal space.
Again, no couples or pets please. This room is for one person. Currently, the other 4 housemates are male.
