Description of the home
My tiny but perfectly-formed dog and I share this petite olde world fully-furnished property. The location is awesome (only 5 mins by bus to city / 5 mins walk to nearest Coles / 1 min to lovely park). We have unlimited Wifi, wooden floorboards throughout, lots of art and prints on the walls.
The date the room becomes available could change, if the right person comes along. :))

About occupants
PROS: We are kind, honest, cool and funny. If you are new to the city, we'd be happy to help when and where we can. We are excellent cooks, but we don't drink really much anymore. We could consider you bringing a pet in, as long as it gets on with my pooch, is completely house-trained and won’t trash the place or the furniture. If a pet came in, I’d need to take a little extra bond.
CONS: I’m pretty fussy about keeping things clean. Street parking can sometimes be an issue of a weekend, but you could also apply for parking permit. I’d prefer a non-smoker, but you could smoke out the back (again, you’d have to be super-diligent about cigarette butts). The living areas are not massive and our loo is in the bathroom. So it would not be an ideal place for you to have your partner over all the time or a 3rd person. Definitely not for couples. And sometimes possums leap about on the roof and can wake you up.

Compatible people
The kind of flatmate we are looking for is: honest, super-clean, neat, tidy, independent, not a party pig, ideally away most weekends (?!?) and friendly. If you are creative, that’s cool. I work in the film industry and am also a Writer. We love movies, horses, music and languages. We’re from London, but crazy about Adelaide. Our neighbours are the absolute sweetest.
