Description of the home

My house is fresh, modern and feels safe. The entry into the property is via electric gates for added security.
It is a peaceful neighbourhood with good walking trails nearby.

There is a rear paved pergola with outdoor lounge and BBQ, perfect for warm weather hangs.

The bedroom has its own floor to ceiling sliding door robe and the room can come furnished or unfurnished (queen bed and bedside table).

The bedroom is located to one end of the hallway (other bedrooms at the other end of the hallway) and you have full access to your own bathroom and shared access to the laundry room. Style the bedroom as you desire.

The carpets have just been professionally cleaned and sanitised. I have a robot vacuum / mop which runs frequently to keep the floors clean.

There is a car space for off-road parking, securely behind electric gates.

The lounge room has a flatscreen tv with internet, Stan and Netflix.

I do have an infrared sauna also which is great for muscle recovery.
