Description of the home

2 story town house with 3 bedrooms in a complex of 4 in West Lakes Shore. Open planned living, with aircon and full kitchen. Washing machine, but no dryer (I hang all my clothes and they dry within a day, even in winter). 2 outdoor grassed areas with room to plant gardens, if you choose. There's 1 bathroom with a bathtub upstairs and a down stairs toilet off the laundry.

Foodland, bottle o, Aus Post a 5 minute walk from the house. 6 minute drive to West Lakes shops, Port Adelaide and Semaphore and the train station and 15 minutes to Henley. Bus stop 20m away with access to the city.

There are two visitor parks in the carpark that are occasionally free, otherwise plenty of parking on the road outside.
