Walking distance to Westfield West Lakes or a 2 minute drive to supermarkets, chemists, fashion retailers and cinema. Halfway between Grange and Semaphore beaches (5 minutes drive to both), West Lakes is an ideal location if you enjoy the beach.

There are plenty of public transport options within walking distance. On street parking is also available.

There are two toilets in the home, with one large shared bathroom upstairs (large shower & bath). NBN broadband internet is included in rent. There is no cleaner included, but there is a robot vacuum for the shared living space downstairs.

I’m the homeowner & I have lived here for nearly 2 years. I’m a lawyer working 4 days a week (one day from home). I work long hours during the week so I do like my quiet time on weeknights. I’m much more social and chatty on weekends. My kids have now moved out but I do still have a teenager visitor most weekends (in their own separate bedroom but they will be sharing main bathroom).
