Looking for a new housemate in Woodville West. My current housemate has relocated interstate for a job opportunity.
I’m seeking a tidy, respectful, easygoing housemate to share with. The house is conveniently close to shops, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Grange Beach (5km), the train station (Albert Park). The Airport is 5.7km. Adelaide CBD 10km.
About the Home:
Spacious and modern with great natural lighting and large living areas. There is plenty of room so we’re not living on top of each other. Located in a quiet street.
Fully furnished and tastefully decorated.
Modern kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer.
Laundry includes a washing machine.
Small, easy-care backyard with a sheltered seating area – perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Off-street parking available.
Outside CCTV for added security.
BBQ-friendly:
Weber-Q and Charcoal Weber.
Internet and Streaming included: Netflix and Prime.
About Your Space:
Your bedroom is furnished, including a Queen Size bed and TV. Built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors.
You will have sole use of the main bathroom and your own toilet. (I use the ensuite).
The third bedroom has a built-in robe you can use for extra storage. Feel free to use the printer, and desk as a shared work/study area.
Bills:
Utilities (electricity, gas, water) which are all split 50/50.

I have a good sense of humour and don't sweat the small stuff. I work during the day and like a chilled environment after work. I am quiet and mindful of your movements, especially if you are having a sleep in. Happy to have a chat and catch a movie in the loungeroom if you feel like it. I'm easygoing and friendly. I don't like drama and my party animal days are over. I do like a good BBQ now and again. I have 2 cats which stay indoors. They are also clean and tidy like me. I don't have any children.
It's not just a house, but a home where you would be welcome.
Halloween is my favourite time of year and I can take or leave Christmas (maybe I'm the Grinch 😀)
I like reading. Autobiographies are my favourite. The Fringe Festival is one of my favourite times of year. Live music is awesome. Feel free to reach out with any questions. 🙂
