Looking for a new housemate in Woodville West. My current housemate has relocated interstate for a job opportunity.

I’m seeking a tidy, respectful, easygoing housemate to share with. The house is conveniently close to shops, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Grange Beach (5km), the train station (Albert Park). The Airport is 5.7km. Adelaide CBD 10km. T2D is approximately 15 minutes from this location.

About the Home:
Spacious and modern with great natural lighting and large living areas. Located in a quiet street.

Fully furnished. Modern kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer.

Laundry includes a washing machine.

Small, easy-care backyard with a sheltered seating area – perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Off-street parking available.

Outside CCTV for added security.

BBQ-friendly:
Weber-Q and Charcoal Weber.

Free Internet included and Streaming services Netflix and Prime.

About Your Space:
Your bedroom is furnished, including a Queen Size bed and TV. Built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors.

You will have sole use of the main bathroom and your own toilet. (I use the ensuite).

The third bedroom has a desk and chair that can be used as a shared work/study area.

Bills:
Utilities (electricity, gas, water) which are all split 50/50.
