Located in Redan, less than a 2km walk to Sturt Street (Main Street). It is located in a prime suburb close to the Universities, Hospital/Medical precinct and close to town centre.
The house will be fully furnished including beds, bedside tables, couch, communal TV, washing machine, refrigerator, crockery, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle and ducted heating/cooling within the home.
We are a VERY clean and tidy household and expect flatmates to be the same. Cleaning will be shared between flatmates. Communal areas must be clean at all times and flatmates are expected to clean up their own mess.
This is a non-smoking/non-drug and quiet household.
