This is a lovely rural home on 5 acres, just outset the picturesque township of Smythesdale - about a 15 minute drive to Delacombe town center or 20-25 minutes to Ballarat CBD.
The room is very large in size (5mx4m), has its own direct door access to outside, and is across the hall from its own bathroom & toilet.
Sorry, the fireplace doesn't work (blocked at roof level) but room can come with a heater, has overhead fan, and if you would like to open the end doors to shared loungeroom, can have air-conditioning.
Room can come furnished with bed, wardrobe, couch and desk if preferred.
One cat in residence, but open to considering pets which can be discussed on application - big pets like horses also welcome
