Hi, I’m Krysten. I am an empty nester with a gorgeous 5 year old cavoodle called Frankie. I work 4 days a week in Ballina and love spending my spare time chilling at home or spending time with my friends and family. I am an outgoing 48 year old who is still very young at heart and enjoy company but equally enjoy down time and having a calm home environment and space. I love gardening, tending to my numerous houseplants, lego, lazy Sundays and when I can, travelling. I get along with pretty much everybody so have t found it hard in the past to find a suitable boarder.

Looking for a boarder who is wanting to find a home to live in that offers more than just one bedroom to rent. If you are willing to pay a little more than just room rent, I am offering a medium size bedroom complete with double bed, built in robe, chest of drawers and side tables along with a second larger bedroom fitted out as a lounge room with a 3 seater chaise sofa bed, large TV with Apple TV for streaming, portable air conditioner, built in robe/storage and an desk if required. You would have the main 3 way bathroom including bath all to yourself as well and a large built in storgage cupboard in the hallway. This is all at the front of the house so privacy is assured. You would have your own space.
Boarder rent includes electricity, internet and water plus use of the kitchen, dining, outdoor and laundry areas. Off street parking in the driveway for one car.
I think this home would suit someone who is sociable and outgoing but also wants privacy and will be happy in their own space. Age isn’t an issue. I have previously had a lovely German couple board with me who were here on a working visa. Renting two rooms out separately is not an option however I would consider a couple using the rooms as advertised for slightly more rent.

Description of pets
Frankie is a 5 yr old Cavoodle. Very friendly and loveable. She usually isn’t here when I am not home. Non shedding and house trained. Barks a bit but I try and keep that under control. She is protective.
