Boarder rent includes electricity, internet and water plus use of the kitchen, dining, outdoor and laundry areas. Off street parking in the driveway for one car.
I think this home would suit someone who is sociable and outgoing but also wants privacy and will be happy in their own space. Age isn’t an issue. I have previously had a lovely German couple board with me who were here on a working visa. Renting two rooms out separately is not an option however I would consider a couple using the rooms as advertised for slightly more rent.
