Description of the home
The property is a beautiful two-story home. Downstairs has two lounge rooms, one kitchen and one dining room. Upstairs; four bedrooms. 2 are going out for rent. There is a rumpus room upstairs and one bathroom. The house has 3 lounge rooms to relax, with plenty of space. The house is very clean homely.
The area has lots of great walking tracks and bike tracks. The bike track will take you directly all the way down to Ballina Township within five minutes. We are a 25 minute drive from Byron Bay, 15 minute drive to Lennox head and a 10 minute drive to Ballina local beaches. The shops are only a five minute drive away.
The house is fully furnished, ducted heating and aircon in each bedroom. The bedrooms available have built in wardrobes. There is broadband WiFi, and Netflix.
We have 2 pug dogs and 2 cats. We are a same sex female couple aged 47 and 50 who also live at the house. Our 21 year old son lives here as well.
We keep to ourselves and there are enough chill out spaces within the home to have your own area if needed.
