Description of the home

I have a really nice house with a spare room in Albany Creek.
The room has built ins and own private balcony of a decent size.
The bathroom is shared and has a spa bath with locks on the doors.
We have a fire place which is perfect as winter is coming.
There is so much room in this house it is massive and the neighbours are lovely.
The balcony coming off the lounge room over looks Albany creek and mountains and it's stunning especially at night time (we are at the top of a hill on a cul-de-sac)
We are a few minutes from the EH and bus stop just around the corner goes directly to the city which is Handy
The housemates are early 20s and lovely and respectful and we have become a family and enjoy family nights and going out for breakfast every now and then :)

Bills and expenses

The water bill I just pay myself it's been around 25 dollars so I don't mind.
The internet is 20 a month per person ($5 a week) and electricity is divided equally when it comes.

We enjoy being silly, we are a little family and excited to have a new comer.

We have a purebred ragdoll named Zeus, as you can imagine he flipps everywhere. The pup is a Frenchie (frenh bulldog) his name is tank and he just wants cuddles all the time he is actually pretty cute.
