Limited on site parking, Street Parking is available.

This location has bus stops right outside the front door, train station just up the road and Buranda shopping centre a 5 min walk away which has a Woolworths and 20 of so delicious food shops. Coco’s market is also close by which is a 24h super cheap fruit and vege market.

Bond is 4 x rent.
If you can’t come up with the 4 weeks bond straight away, 2 weeks to start with however I will make that call once I meet you.
