Looking for a housemate for my place in Arana Hills!

About the house. This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath (separate toilet). Living room and all 3 bedrooms are air conditioned. House was renovated 5 or so years ago and has a modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Huge deck that runs around the side and back of the house that was recently re done. Carport, aswell as underhouse garage. Plenty of off street parking.

Who will you be living with. I'm Blake a 26 yo tradie. Also here is my pooch! Prettynlaid back, Fairly social don't mind a beer at all! But don't live in a party house and don't want to. In saying that I'm not against the odd beer fueled shennanigan.
