With the bedroom you get two other spaces, a lounge and adjoining office you would share the kitchen for cooking.
Bathroom- your own vanity and toilet, you would just need access to the shower in the main bathroom, which existing tenant clear.
Iam undertaking an Australian volunteer assignment overseas for 3.5 months. This space will be available for up to six months as I can share at friends. This will give short term occupant time to find suitable places after here.
I’d prefer 4 months as a minimum and will provide the space for up to six months to assist you find your next preference.

Hi, I am Vicki and as noted going to be away for a volunteer role overseas for about 4 months. As noted happy to give you the space for up to 6 months if need be. Preference is 4 months minimum.
There is an international student here from PNG, she is really lovely and has family living in Brisbane who are also studying, so she is out and about and focused on study,.
She likes to have a chat to touch a base and is self sufficient.
We are happy to meet you so we can make sure it’s a good fit all round.

The garden here is biodiverse (well doing best to make it that way) and would be watered and maintained with mowing of front green strip and bird baths filled by someone every 2-3 weeks.
