We have a nice shared balcony, a cute and small but nice kitchen, and love having lots of plants, so if you’re bringing plants (or furniture), even better!
The room comes unfurnished but we can also sell all the furniture that you see in the picture for $400.
The bathroom is shared only with one other person (me), everything is kept clean as it's also where the washing machine is!
