About occupants
I am 23yo female who has a 4yo son and 2 cats. We are in a home too big for just ourselves so I am looking to rent out an end room and main bathroom for the right tenant. You need to be good with children, Preferably have nephews/nieces or a single parent. I’d love someone to be able to socialise with but also respect our own space and time. I work full time so the house is unoccupied from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and I am away for a night most weekends.
