Private bedroom
- Shared bathroom
- Wardrobe or rack
- Air-conditioner
The room is on the second floor, carpeted, and has its own air-conditioning. It currently contains a single electric bed, which can be removed if you prefer to bring your own.
You’ll have access to your own bathroom with a shower over a bath (please note: no toilet in the bathroom, but there’s a shared toilet downstairs). The only time I’d need to use that bathroom is to bathe my dogs, which is typically every 6–8 weeks. Or if I have a bath myself. Other than that, it’s all yours

I’m friendly, respectful, polite, and considerate. Because I’m in recovery, I really value a peaceful and calm home environment and enjoy my quiet time.
I’m also spiritual by nature, so you might notice a few crystals and calming touches around the home, if that’s your vibe, you’ll feel right at home here.
Currently can’t provide a picture of the bedroom as it has been used as a bit of a storage space but will be cleaned out obviously once it has an occupant
I’d prefer someone who’s tidy and able to clean up after themselves, and who’s reliable with paying bills. You must be a dog lover—I have two dogs: one is an older, very quiet companion, and the other is a two-year-old French bulldog who can be a bit excitable at times.
Because I’m currently recovering from surgery, I’d prefer someone who enjoys a quieter home environment and values a peaceful, respectful space.
I also have a nearly 3-year-old French Bulldog who’s full of personality—she loves to play and gets excited when meeting people, but she does settle down once she’s had a bit of attention. Both dogs are part of the home, so being a dog lover is essential.
