The apartment is a quiet, pleasant space in an excellent location. Each bedroom is $375/wk whether there is one person or two in the room. It is 2 houses to upper Oxford St and then a 5 - 15 minute walk to cinema, parks, ferry (1.3 km), shops and Woolworths supermarket (800 m). 3 minute walk to library (250 m) and bus stop (300 m) with public transport (bus, ferry, train) fares all 50 cents per trip.
There is one garage space, but good on street parking. The apartment includes furnished dining and living rooms. We provide a table, chairs, sideboard, couch, TV and have pots/pans, crockery and cutlery.
There are 3 rooms with an adjacent ramp (see the plans) and high windows (1BR, the living and dining rooms) and privacy/security panels on these north facing windows. The dining room also has east facing high windows which look out to the courtyard (visible in the photo with the open door to the courtyard).
