We have a big private bedroom at our beautiful 1st floor away from any other bedrooms. Private swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ to enjoy! Also if you like the BBQ then it’s all yours 🍖. Premium wifi 🛜 included in your rent. Please note: The room and the furnitures are different from the picture but are all quite new and very comfortable :) it’s best to come inspect the room.

We have premium fast internet, premium Netflix, and all the other bills are included in the room rent. We also have 6KW solar on our roof and it generate lots of electricity ⚡️ but if there’s any electricity bills then we split it between everyone. The gas is about $15 a month for a person.
