Description of the home

We are very friendly and clean.

The home is roomy and gorgeous! It's got everything you need. There's lots of storage. Plenty of nice spaces to sit and quiet time to yourself.
Its a 4 bedroom home . You can easily get to anywhere you need it's close to bus stops local shops and cafes. 10min to the city. Public transport is very close.

The lounge has air con and the kitchen has a dishwasher coffee machine. Bits of gym gear to use!

This room is 3m x 2.65m and have good outlook. The house has heaps of light. There is a deck to relax on. The local area has everything super close!

The house is close to bush trails and bike paths as well as the city! Closer to QUT then UQ.

The house is lovely and you get bills included and general washing up and communal kitchen items, coffee machine coffee, and shower items included.

I have a cleaner, so just cleaning up after yourself is needed.

We have a 5degrees ice bath , and a scooter for hire.

If you want a home stay type room because you are studying I can do that too for an extra amount depending on number of meals.

The key features to this area are dinning, close to city , 1 hr from gold coast , close to trails networks and bike baths right at the end of our street. It's a really low crime rate area and our house is extremely private considering we are in suburbs.

Urber eats is really quick and many options due to being central to restaurants and shops here.

We have a huge areas of gyms to choose from and Bardon good life is really close.

Bills are included in the rent . We have internet NBN . Included is coffee machine also full. Laundry powder, coffee, all soaps, toilet paper etc .
